....as for how to police the cheating: Simply put, you cannot. The only thing we can do as a community is oust the ones caught and keep moving forward. There is almost always going to be someone shooting dirty when money or prizes are involved.
Personally, I do not care if it was best friend or my own mother, if that individual is cheating and gets caught... screw 'em, they deserve whatever they get. If you tarnish your own name and get put in the stocks to have tomatoes thrown at you, tough. However, if they get away with it (for now) then good for them. It'll catch up to them eventually.
Edit: Kal, you are truly a sister's husband's brother... twice removed and almost as pretty as me.
