It just hit me... (speculating)
I was looking at different ssd's (sata/pci-e) and ram drives when it dawned on me..... If they can create some things as crazy efficient as a ram drive or pci-e ssd, how far off are we from having ssd's that are used in our vacant RAM slots? How effing crazy fast would such a drive be?
More importantly, would it even be possible? Imagine the bottleneck that has been plaguing our benchmarks gone for good.
