So here's an update... So far so good, this board is solid. Achieved my first 100% + over clock today.

On the down side, I slapped a P4 530 on it right after, and noticed I was limited to 1.4v. On the C2D I could set to well over 2v if I wanted. What gives?
Will further update my s775 adventures as they come. the e6300 was a "dry run" that happened to snag me almost 57 boints. more to come.
