EDIT: I'm happy to say I think the chip is ok and I just have to oc around the memory right now. Everything seems normal now...except I need to use something different as coolant, or maybe just diluted some back the other way to more washer fluid...argggghhhh I spent $30 for 3 gallons antifreeze. This is the most expensive project ever.
