You really should pay attention to the screen shots...there is always something to be gleaned from them. You can go back through the thread and look at my settings in cpu-tweaker as I progressed and see where and how much I changed different values. That is the reason I posted screens in the discussion thread. It is not so much the values or numbers themselves, but "where" they were made.
