How else would we do? Cooke wouldn't have gotten off his warship had we not put topless hotties with flower lays out on the beach to welcome him. Then we fattened him up with a Luau feast. What hardly anyone knows is that next morning after discovering Hawaiian Hospitality, he was brutally barbeque'd and scewered with relentless fat jokes about his mom.
