Try physically removing any other drives you may have hooked up to the mb and use the TinyXP only. Were the other drives with the Win7 OS present when you installed TinyXP?
This has just about got to be something on your end ny - TinyXP rev9 is about as reliable as anything out there...works when nothing else does. Wipe it/long formatt and re-install...if that doesnt do it I would suspect the hdd you are using. Do you have another to try?
