LOL ...... I use something similar for air runs on the GPU
The upgrade is take a high speed 80 MM fan ... cram it into the 4" flex ... It fits snug
Then tape the outlet right to the card inlet for a non mixed air supply .... FTW
I can post pics if you would like in the winter I grab outside air directly, if you live up north
