No not really. Rampage III Extreme is the new toy out and everybody is on that bandwagon. I don't see where either board really outshines the other in terms of overclocking. The classified and REIII are the two best boards out right now for extreme clocking. It's just that everyone forgot about the classified because they didn't refresh it with sata/USB 3 and new marketing. The REIII was just made to catch up to the classy.
I say they are ~ equal boards.
