tapwater is ok for 1-3mo...after that many things could be multiplying

nb temps should be around 40+
cpu temps 60+...your cpu could be leaky...or just not mounted perfectly...
no need for faster fans..try remounting your waterblock...
i hope you're using clamps..they're your bestfriend
