A thin coat of Dragon Skin on the blocks pretty much takes care of condensation worries. I have not had any problems with mine thus far.
In the SFF case where the mb lies flat I applied some blue painters tape around the perimeter of the chip and then followed that up with a light coat of Dragon Skin just in case. You can do a much neater job than I did...it did not matter in my case as all was buried anyway. (Boreas TEC being used)
