At least you got what you wanted

I RMAed my Kingston HyperX T1s a couple weeks ago (2000 8-8-8-1T 1.65v), they said they would repair it.

I got the RAM back a kit of 2000 9-10-9-2T (3GB) they said was the replacment for it. I flipped.

Customer service set me straight though. Giving me a full refund
