Man I'm so outa shape it's sad. I've been running a bit, but damn I'm slow. Took me like 5-6 to figure out that my mind says go fast while my body says SLOW DOWN!
I do have a four miler under my belt already, but I ain't tellin' my mi/min times.
I really really hope they aren't expensive because rolling is one of the funnest thing's I've ever tried. I would like to take some formal training to learn the technical part of it. I also gotta make sure it's not just some Joe-blow with blue/purple belt from his uncle's back yard claiming to be an expert.
