Those are not water blocks at all. The blocks are dome shaped sorta say to house the colder fluid. The colder oil coming from the rad blows over the chips and back into the main bay keeping a continous flow of colder fluid over the chips or hot spots "gpus, cpu, nb, sb". There is only one rad and its pretty large if you watch the video they have on the website its very interesting. Someone put alot of time and thought into this it even has x ring seals to help prevent leakage.
