Funny story, I ordered an OEM I/O panel from the Coolermaster store, forget which case it was from, but it had 2 USB 2.0 ports, and 2 USB 3.0 ports, along with a removable aluminum motherboard tray, for a different project that will be in the works one day.

They sent me the entire top for the case the I/O panel was from, which had the 2 identical pieces of mesh, one of which I used for the top of this case.

Cut a hole, cut slots to match how the panel mounted, and it was plug and play.

Pretty nifty, and I had thoughts of mounting a fan up there for additional breathing for the case, however once I slid the BD drive in, it would have been next to impossible. SO I hooked everything up, and the air flow from the fans in the front of the case caused enough pressure to actually get good airflowing out the top.
