Yeah I think Intel should at least be 4.5ghz but AMD 4.0ghz. 4ghz on Intel you won't even have to jack with volts.
Could prolly really go like a 4.25ghz on AMD and 4.75ghz on Intel. At least make it a little more challenging but keep it within the air/watercooling range.
