In that case, I think the speed should be lowered to 3Ghz so I can use my laptop
Also, no tweaking allowed because there are so many people that are better tweakers than I am

TBH - I only froze my RAM once and didn't notice much if any difference. Hadn't planned on using the Dominator pot anyway. BUT - since most of us don't have RAM water cooling I think RAM needs to be air cooled only, in the name of fairness of course
