The Frio OCK is one of the top performing Air coolers at this time. We tried to keep the size somewhat manageable while still offering excellent performance which of course meant higher speed fans as well.
but to handle the heatload the OCK can handle you kind of have to expect some noise, or gain a few degrees on loaded temps and you can crank the fans down significantly.... its kinda a trade off
