FYI, thats not how its decided who is the member of the month. The member of the month can be anyone from the team or even just a member of the community. They can be a person who simply contributes alot in the way of helping other forum members or a team member who does the same or goes bonkers on the hwbot team submissions. It can be many acts of oca'manship or a single grand achievement or a combination of sorts.
