This unfortunately is Typical Sdumper quality. I went through the same thing 2 times from him with two separate units, eventually I had to drive to New York from north of Toronto (met with Splave, not such a bad thing) to get a refund from him because by that time I had already paid over $300 in just shipping ffs. So I know where you're coming from...shit you might have one of the SS's that I sent back. I showed pics on the forums of Scotts shipping methods as well, which was 90% of the problem. I ended up going DICE so that when something failed I knew it was my fault.
I think you should be pulling the temps from the evap head, there should he a hole there, just pop in some Artic Ceramique and electrical tape it.
