That's usually a sign of too sharp of a curve, or, the tubing is torqued.

you need to make all your bends large enough do the hose doesn't collapse. As I remember, your tubing looked pretty good??

Sometimes if you tighten a tube to a fitting and then turn the fitting down tighter, the tubing is torgued, twisted, which can cause it to flatten. If you try to turn a hoses curve against the shape that it's used to being in can cause this too.

You can also get that spiral tubing support stuff - works, but I was never a fan of how it looked.

You got top of the line tubing so I'd guess you torqued them during installation ?

I think it may have too much negative pressure in the loop and the tube is extremely soft
