is it really that much harder for the same set of ram to run 1600@8-8-8-21 @ 1.80v then 1866@10-10-10-31 @ 1.75v? it'll run 1.7v as well just hair line slower

I am getting ready to get a cooling fan for my ram sets, cuz it really helps A LOT!
