Yes. The Cpu and core temps are within 5-6c vs 10+c offset temps. Idles around 19c loads are under 50c. Temps before where 10c hotter on average.

This cpu is a POS for over clocking as well. 2.9ghz with any stability and 4ghz is useless for the most part.

Love to see a picture (I may have already..) Would you give it a go on a working cpu?

The Thuban and FX cpu's are glued onto the little chips around the core. The FX cpu I tried to de-lid was held on by this glue. The solder melts and the IHS plate doesn't move. Learning this the hard way on a FX, I tried a more fastened approach so I could pull the IHS plate off safely. That thing gets pretty hot quick.
