Uh, I doubt that is going to have the amperage for a TEC, more likely you will end up smoking your piano power supply.

Laptop PSU might work if it is the 150W variety.

(I have a 95W 150W peak universal charger for sale if you need one )Will sell it cheap as I dont like fixing laptops lol.
