Yatelooons - $3-4 a fan

Might not be the best looking, might not be the best performer, but they look good enough and perfom good enough and the price is much more pleasant

As far as high pressure, ultra kaze 3Ks are pretty inexpensive too

EDIT: maybe not sycthe is hte only place I can find them and they are listed at $12 which is a bit more than i paid IIRC
