Thanks guys - Took it all apart, re-timmed and made sure there was no contact pressure on the NB heatsink. Temps are back to normal now...I'll take some pic's of what I changed when I get it back on the table.
Initial NB temp first boot...
NB temps after 4GHz run...
All core/threads 100% crunching away at 4GHz...
Oh yeah kiki - I did add a temporary 40mmx25mm spot fan on the NB, but it's probably not needed now.
