Wind Chill T(wc) = 35.74 + 0.6215T - 35.75(V0.16) + 0.4275T(V0.16)
Not a rocket scientist, but I am thinking the solution to this formula = DAM COLD

found a chart and it does not even account for doing 65 MPH down the highway
