If its as big as mine then be ready for a Dewar when full to weigh ~150lbs.
If you can find some kind of rolling stand to move it around with I would advise that. nvm I see you said it comes with wheels.

Praxair or Airgas will be way to go. I deal with Airgas and they charge around $34 for a 20L fill.
