Default Password problem

I work on all of my familys computers. So i'm usually faced with the stupidist things. This one i can't seem to figure out though. My brothers pc no longer saves his passwords to his favorite sites. He has to retype his username and passwords for them everytime. Even though he checks the box that says keep me logged in. Any idea for me bros?
