 Aye, I will look for a good one. I know a guy which own a TV and radio repair store. He's always helpfull, and I could probably borrow a good soldering iron/station from him.
It's pretty new, bought it brand new this summer. I think it could be one of the last revisions of the Commando. It had a pretty awesome bundle:p 
So resistances are self tuned by adjusting the screw? And you use a volt meter to adusj them, right?
About the last picture, it's easy to understand. Should I go for that method?
And about Volt read, if I solder a cable onto it and fasten the end of it into a molex, I can read the cpu voltage with a volt meter?
