I have not seen that BIOS for this board ?
is it on their site, I have 1053
How are yo flashing it ? b oot or software
Installed the AI suite and flashed it with that. Flawless
Sounds like something be effed up there ???

Congos Rick, you finally managed 5G,  . Is that the volt you require for 5G or you are just testing still and overvolting it??? Would be waiting for new Bios, if that doesnt improve the clocks, I am gonna dump 2600K and get back to x58 platform. Though it does seem like a good platform for hardware/video card grinders for boints.

That's strange because Asus has always been the easiest mobo for me to flash.
Very nice though. At least your chip can do 53 multi. Maybe even more once you get the wrinkles ironed out.

awesome news there Ricks, so you havent got a dud of a CPU,  , But its so frustrating to know that, whatever you do from this point onwards it wont improve your clocks other than maybe Bios update.
