To get really good probes will cost you a ton, they are not K-Type.

All the probes I have, maybe 8 total, 2 good ones and 6 cheaper ones all read just fine up to about -150c, good ones go to -180c.

It doesnt really matter all that much tbh.

If your chip CB's at -130c but your probe reads -128c it doesnt matter, it CB's the same anyway.

Going to max LN2 temps for me when a probe only reads to -180c just means I pour more in.

As the temps bounce around a lot you are not going to keep anything at exact temp anyway.
