I'd just slap a big surface mount on it that fits the impression. Steal one from a dead card. They don't have polarity as far as I know. But that's not a "pro" suggestion......

Or, if someone with the card can measure it to get a sense of the voltage and polarity through it you caould solder the appropriate 2.5v, 4v or 16v radial cap.

I have a whole bunch of surface mounts on 5870's that I've lost modding/remodding/sparking and have a couple of radial caps soldered where surface mounts used to be...
