not 90s just 50-75 (intel cpu thermal protect will shut down cpu)....once i forgot to switch the fans on..and the tubes were around 65c....good thing i had my clamps...the cpu was reporting 110C...lmao...the dual pumps were 30w each...total volume of water was less than 1Liter..cpu was stock and prolly throttling to 20w already..so 50w of total heat...and 1L of water..the rads does expose the water to cooler air but water heat capacity isn't saturated until it vaporizes...but then again pressure build up will go about bursting the weak seals...just my thoughts...
