Be sure to read the item descriptions carefully along with the data string of each chip since not all will tell you the full story but so far I've had good luck with that site and the majority of chip's I've received have been at least decent performers with only one or two duds in the bunch.

Some of the item prices are craaaaazzzzy, others are a real steal of a deal.

Note that there is no telling what stepping or date you'll get, some are rather old others are really good.
For example I ordered a XPM-2400 from them once and got a really good stepping and date, just about as good as it gets. Others were good to so-so or even crappy but it's really luck of the draw related to what they have and what they pick off the shelf to send to you.

If you do that, all you'd need is a good MB and you'd be set. Be sure to look around for other chips too, you might find a good one for other sockets that you may have around needing a chip.
