Killing explorer.exe kill my score by 2 seconds or so. What you need to do is try a a run with and without teach tweak to see if it benefits you or not. Of course I have seen reports of killing explorer.exe helped.

About the only thing that I found to speed up w/prime is faster cpu clocks.
