Hello everyone,
I have just brazed in the hand expansion valve, and plate heat exchangers
I replaced the liquid line filter dryer and added 1 suction line accumulator (small) and one liquid line accumulator (small)
I pulled a vacuum down to 50microns and held for 2 hours to ensure no leaks in the system.
The 1st stage has been pressure tested the system to 500PSIG for 1hr
I have charged some R-507 Refrigerant gas into the system and will let it sit at a static 150LBS over the night (or weekend) to further test the 1st stage for any leaks.
Once the 1st stage is fully operational I will start work on the second stage.
