It's either one or the other. If you have done the cbcbb mod on the motherboard you don't need it on the cpu

looks like its the same short.....removing the resistor out of the circuit

Yeah I need to do the mods on my board (its a Rev 1.0), but the MB mod is not easy for me, my eyes are not as good as they used to be :(

It CB's at -60c ... ouch :(

cover everything with some sort of tape......so the target is isolated..and no other points/joints are exposed..conductive pen will work...just clean the surface first....a nice hard eraser...then blow / aircan your mobo...make sure the cpu is already seated..otherwise something could get into the socket...



mine eyes are bad too...but thats why i have mi spectacles...
