Kal I need to get the freaking 2:8 strap working for that, I will do some more testing with another cpu and also try A59 bios. If that doesn't work probably RMA the board.

2:8 strap = no boots even manually entering all timings.
Checked you're PI times and there smoking hot as well, overall kick ass Kryptonian
