Default Do not buy from E-WIZ!!!

Their return policy sucks!!! I bought a Lightning from them and ot was a POS. wouldnt clock for crap. So i submitted for a RMA and this is what i got from them.

Dear Gerald Bush,

Thank you for submitting your RMA request. Unfortunately, I am unable to grant your RMA request. Once an item has been installed it is no longer eligible for a refund unless it is a defective item. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Yeah, their return policy sucks.

I use em for things I know I need, though. Sometimes have great deals and since they're in San Jose their standard UPS always arrives next day for me.

well at least there is always the bay to dump it. Grab as much of your investment back that you can while they are still worth something.

I tried to use E-wiz once. I received a call from them wanting all my CC info thatI had provided during checkout. The person claimed the address on the card was not valid. I called my CC company and they told me the charges were run through and approved. I called ewiz back and the sales person again tried claiming the charges did not go through and wanted all information including the numers on back of the card. The person refused to cancel the order until I explained I spoke with the CC company and was disputing the charge.

I would never recommend them or try and buy from them again.

Like many of places they are great for buying but in the event you have to RMA look out. Kinda reminds me of MotherboardPro.com and the blues I had with them. When it comes to big purchases I stick with companies that have an excellent RMA service.
