Ya, but when I asked him about the first one he gave me an interesting tid bit of info. He says there really isn't anyway for the oil to transport itself back into the compressor without refrigerant carrying it there. This is for a single stage only. Cascades have way more coils and places for the oil to get trapped and settle.

Here's what he told me to do. Start it on day one or 24hrs, whichever I want. Turn it on for 1-2 minutes. Let it sit for 30 minutes or more. Rinse and repeat while running it a touch longer each time. He said 5-6 cycles was perfect and would ensure the compressor won't burn up while getting any loose oil in the compressor.
