JMB363 you say twice that it is a two port sataII and one port PATA controller (might mention for those that needed the intorduction that it will suppport two PATA devices on a single cable)
Marvell controller NAS, set top box (and) motherboards.
"Embedded with hardware RAID controller, this product enables inbox driver support without additional driver installation." Really no raid/AHCI drivers needed???
Independent SPDIF is a great feature and one that a lot of people do not know about.
You should redo the power consumption tests since the numbers do not add up. Difference between load single card and load dual card is only 20W. There is no 20W 9800GT
You should measure performance with that EPU thing on too. 150W load with a single 9800GT and a 661 at 4.33 GHz? It must be hindering performance as that does not leave any power for the board. (assuming 3.33 GHz 661 which has a 60W differnce alone between idle and load)
Looks good though.. very well written.

Remember that my 9800s don't even eat 75 watts. I did comment on the numbers there and I did the tests with two meters just to be sure. Everything checked. If you do the math it is possible but highly unlikely, I will chalk this up to the highly unlikely.
To be hones I think the CPU and GPU combo just hit the spot.
A lot of the things you mention are direct from ASUS or the other manufacturers. That is why I quoted it the way I did.
Thanks for pointing out the PATA issue.
