@rick, drop the ratio, drop the fsb/bclk and strap. you may have to loosen the timings even.

Seems I have nothing left to draw upon in bios. Maybe this is the limit? Any ideas feel free to chime in...I'm tired and I'm going to bed now.

(Do other mb's bus speeds go below 100?)
