The longer one is the front panel audio if i am not mistaken. It is placed there so an audio riser card can be used instead of the front panel connectors. The other looks like a spdif header, but those are normally 6 pin with a nc and this one is an 8... so no clue.

It is labeled SPI-j1, so maybe it's a superpi port? lol

edit: the ADH may not be audio... I see some threads at the old Asus forums saying that it is for "Asus Front Linker" or some shit like that, and pinning it out like audio, then plugging in devices was killing boards. Either way you shake it, you will not need either of those headers for benching
