I don't do a whole lot of downloading but when I do I'm glad I have the speed. I never do any uploading. When we signed up for the internet service they had three choices. We chose the middle one. For some reason they didn't bill us. For like 6 months I tried everything in my power to tell them this from calling to emailing them. They said Farmers Insurance was paying for it and that I needed to call them and tell them this. I was like WTF? I needed to call them about something that I had nothing to do with? So here I sit almost 4 years later with free internet still. What can ya do? What's strange is I had cable too and the internet never showed up on that bill. I just recently canceled my cable and now I receive no bill , nothing at all and still have internet. I can't believe it is still going on and at anytime I am willing to pay for service but like I said I tried everything in my power short of strong arming them to pay for service.
