Got it and I have plenty of kneaded erasers. What else before I leave?

EDIT: My pot doesn't have a hole for the probe. Do I need to drill one?

Yah, need a small drill bit and drill out a temp probe hole nearest bottom of pot. Be carefull not to screw up the mounting surface by acccident!

I have a torch, just need gas.......and the best pour container I have is a really nice steel coffee thermos. Will this work? I'm sure not as good as a vacuum flask but I don't have to remove the lid to pour or should I?

Thanks that will be np.

I have until tomorrow night to prepare anyways. I talked to the owner on the phone and he thought they had LN2 but they did not. So they are going to get some tomorrow and drop off 30 liters at my house. The owner had his driver going to get just 30 and drop it off, but the driver said you can't because that little tank will be half empty by the time it gets to my house. So he's taking the big tank and then fill the 30 at my house tomorrow about 4-5pm. Which is better I suppose.

Those thermos wil work perfect for you. For a first time user i think 30L might last you about 5 hrs of benching. Honestly i can go through 30L in about 2-3 hrs.
It goes fast so HAVE A PLAN.
Dukes Law with LN2: Just when you get to the point of knowing exactly what to do to get that score for high points you will run out of juice.

Couple of questions. Are you reenting the Dewar from them? Is it a presurized Dewer or just a storage Dewar that you will pour from.
My 35L non pressurized Dewar will hold full for about 2 weeks. I don't understand why he would say that. But thats cool that they will bring it and fill it right at your house for you.
My driver picks up my 230L Dewar on tues and drives around with it on the truck until Thursday when he gets into my area and changes out th empty tank. I probably loose about 25L in the transport process i think. idk for sure but there has to be some loss.

I think it's just a large mouth storage tank. I paid only $1 to rent it, but $1.50/liter.

Working out the plan between now and tomorrow afternoon. I may even get 2 boards ready for the pot.

I don't have to be in a big rush though do I? I can stretch it out all night and take my time between chips I hope.

No you dont have to worry about it evaporating fast. It dosn't evap fast at all when its not presurized. It takes about 2L just to get the pot down to temp though using a F1EE. Then theres the time and juice it takes to find your cold bug and CBB temps. Unless you just plan on going all out and worry about that when it hits. Are you just going to bench cpu's or Video cards too? If you're just doing cpu's you'lll have plenty of juice for a good time. Best of luck man. You're gonna have a blast.

I plan to just bench cpus I think. I have a 3700+, an FX-53 and 55, a 4200+, an Opty170 and 2 Opty154s(one I haven't even tried yet). Think I can get through 7 CPUs?

Would you say all these chips will have a CB at some point? What do I do then....break out the torch?

Check out the pour spout on this thermos. Should work great if the plastic can handle the cold. They each hold 1 quart.

How long before a quart is gone and I have to run down to the garage again? Do I just pour a little in or fill the pot up or what?

I'm going to ask a lot of questions because I don't want to end up frustrated instead of having fun.

I'm sure I could find out a lot of this just browsing, but I'd rather get important information from people I trust know what they are doing.

Thanks for your time brothers.
