Default A QUESTION

I just searched the egg for "FRIO" just out of curiosity on what my perception would be in comparing it to the new Swiftech cooler. Perception created by taking in visual information of each and performing airflow and thermodynamic transfer calculations in my mind

Noticed for the first time there are two Frios, one with the white 120mm fans and one with blue 130mm fans.

My analysis indicates that the original Frio and the Swiftech would perform roughly on par, but the new Frio did not create the same thermodynamic capaility due to it's inline heat pipe configuration. The blue Frio is therefore relying more on the transfer capabilities of the fins rather than exposing all the pipes to the Delta of the jetstream of the two fans

Aside from all the BS above, why did they change the nice staggered heatpipe config for the old inline heatpipe config?
