Any chance it would be ok to fire it up with an empty pot long enough to save the bios??

Very nice pics RomDom! Man that is a lot of eraser, how many per card?

So far the results are only with the card scaling with cold. Can't wait to see it scaling with cold & Voltages.

Me too! and thanks Jor. I used three blocks of eraser per side. I don't usually insulate all the way out, but I figured this card would be very cold for longer than usual bench times, so wth. Good news is no cb at -150, so with some V she should perform well. btw did you get my response that I was in Tucson?

Holy crap!! what you do the entire thing both sides? Or did you not knead the eraser and just push the blocks on?

I must misunderstand what the eraser is doing if I used so little (then again.. after seeing the exorbitant lengths some of these guys go to with paper towels and all that) well I ain't been to -170C yet so cant compare... but with DIce.. it just dont get that frosty...and minimal insulation is needed. I had to expose a metal object cooled to a DIce temps to see any frost at all.. hell even my styrofoam cup siting on the desk full of DIce powder got only a catina of frost on it and I could still grab it with my barehand.. not a white styrofoam either.. a thin one...

Yeah, I use a shit-ton of eraser as well. Better safe than sorry, even under dice.
