I've been trying to get some Pi runs out of this POS board but it won't even boot at the settings i had set before with the slower/worse ram. This board is really beginning to piss me off. Could possibly have a P7P55D on its way to me soon.

DFI FTMFW. I'd say we have a PEBKAC error here.

Who knows, maybe you got a bad one. There are other things it could be. I know DFI made the best P35 board that ever went to market.

Shutup mr. DFI.

You've only got a P35, you havent worked with their P55 or X38 boards. the X38 is solid so is the X48. The X58s are hit or miss, and the P55s are ALL MISS.
