He He! I love the ingenuity and this is actually not that hard to make. You need some controllers and some temp probes + automated LN2 valves and off you go.

wow... this is funny, i had a similar idea but actually in theory much easier to make...

i wanted to have a single usb cable coming from a laptop... lets say the laptop your using to stream with also.

then run the usb cable to a small control box which would have inputs for up to 10 Kprobes (that should be more than enough for all fo your containers you would need on a board)

then outputs to individual solenoid valves like what he had.... and basically find the CB on each piece of hardware and enter that into that destinations control point in the software.... (lets face it, writing software is alot easier then wiring up and setting up the box he had there.) then basically each input temperature would trigger weather or not to pour or not... and run a few basic test runs with a AI module installed so that the software will learn how each input reacts to teh amount of time the solenoid valve was opened. (basically it will learn how fast the pot pulls down which will help it better "splash" the pot without reaching or exceeding CB temps

whos down for helping build and code it? lol

Nice idea but this is much simpler to run with a bunch of temp controllers.
